Book Review – Rewild Yourself by Simon Barnes
Book Review
This wonderful little book, divided into 23 bite size chapters provides ways for us to reconnect with nature. The author takes the reader outside and introduces us to Butterfly bushes, the bottomless sit, the need to have a pair of waterproof trousers and all sorts of ways to open our eyes to the natural world. Once read, nothing will appear the same again! At only £8.99 it is a bargain too.
