make your home a haven
Not everyone has the space to create wildflower meadows or rewilding projects. Many of us live in urban areas without a garden of our own. Yet we all need to feel connected to nature and our environment, and we require a healthy biodiversity for survival as well as a sense of well being.
This website aims to provide information and ideas to help you attract and support wildlife to your home using pots that will fir into spaces as small as a windowsill, as well as larger ones suitable for balconies and patios or small gardens.
Make Your Own
All the information and designs here are free and may be used, shared etc by anyone. I will add new designs and updates on any that either work very well or indeed not so well from time to time.
I am based in East Sussex, so many of the plants used and insects visiting will be specific to the this area.
If you live far away from here it will be worth looking up your local native flora and fauna and adapting the designs accordingly.
